Each year since 2017, Dirtastic has evolved growing into what it is today! Some of our coaches started out as volunteers, committed to making a difference in the women’s dirt bike community. Look at how far we have come! Each of our coaches continue to help build and shape Dirtastic, giving meaning to the name and energy to the program! We are grateful for everything our coaching team does for women in this sport!

In 2024, Dirtastic will continue to raise the bar! As the premier all female coaching team in the world, we want to ensure that we have the most suitable coaches available on our roster! You can expect to see a variety of coaching options in Motocross, Woods Riding, Enduro, Speed Training and our Classic option, The Fundamentals of Dirt Biking during events ranging from 1 to 3 days in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, California and anywhere else in the world you might be!

Not only will you be a coach for Dirtastic, you will be an ambassador for this sport and a member of our team! While it is not required that you race, you must be an active rider. As a Dirtastic Coach you are looked up to in the dirt bike community!

The most important part about being a Dirtastic Coach is sharing that feeling with other women. Helping other women believe in themselves on and off the bike is beyond rewarding!

2024 Dirtastic Coaching, Perks, Sponsorship, Guidelines, your Commitment and the nitty gritty:

  • • Get to know and ride with whole bunch of badass #fastfriends! It’s pretty neat to create lasting friendships with both coaches and attendees!

    • Give back to a sport that gives so much to each of us!

    • Inspire other women to believe in themselves. (You truly feel the impact of this at Dirtastic Events!)

    • Dirtastic Sponsorship

    • Receive support through our partners! (If you are seeking personal support, Kalyn is happy to help with your resume and approaching brands… just ask!)

    • Visibility on Dirtastic.com, Dirtastic and partner Social Media Platforms.

  • Dirtastic sponsorship is included in your coaching commitment. We work hard to get support for each of you and want you to have a successful riding, racing and coaching season. Please follow the following sponsorship guidelines:

    • All coaches must have Dirtastic stickers/graphics with logo visible on front and sides of bike throughout the year (March 2024-March 2025).

    • If you are not sponsored by another gear company, consider Dirtastic your sponsor!

    • Represent Dirtastic on the podium

    • Qualify for a Podium bonus!

  • • The 2024 Dirtastic Coaching season will be March 2024-March 2025.

    • Represent Dirtastic in a positive, professional manner at ALL times, on and off the bike.

    • Uphold your verbal and/or written commitment to attend Dirtastic events and/or Sessions.

    • Retain a positive attitude. Follow Dirtastic USMCA Coaching Guidelines.

    • Lead group exercises and drills.

    • Assist with event set up and tear down, when possible.

    • As a Dirtastic Coach, you are committed to our team and therefore will not participate in any other group coaching, like event or event with conflict of interest without permission and guidelines met by Dirtastic.

    • The Main Event- May 16-19: ALL coaches are required to participate at the Main Event! There is plenty to do even if you happen to be unable to ride. Set up for the Main Event begins May 16th at 9am. We have riders arriving the same day at 4pm.

    • All retuning coaches are required to host at least one Fundamentals Session in your local region.

    • All CIT (coaches in training) must assist with at least one Fundamentals Session.

    • Minimum 2 weekends Coaching commitment outside of Main Event, not including prep days*. Your local Fundamentals Session counts! (More is always ok! Let me know if you’re interested in more coaching opportunities.)

    • You are welcomed to host as many Sessions as you would like, and any type of Session you dream up.

    • Host 1 complementary local ride day. (no coaching, just a community ride day. )

    • Private one on one coaching is encouraged. Please ask about insurance options.

    • List “@Dirt.astic” in your Instagram Account Profile (You can be creative.)

    • Help us spread to word about our events, partnerships and more through social media. A public IG account used for tagging, sharing, etc is required.

    • Each coach is required hold current United States Motorcycle Coaching Association Dirt Bike Coaching certification.

    • If ALL coaching requirements are met in 2024, your USMCA certification/renewal will be reimbursed with proof of payment by 3/1/2025.

    • Pass out Dirtastic Stickers at all races and non-Dirtastic events you attend.

    • Have Dirtastic stickers or approved Dirtastic graphics on your bike(s).

    • A few additional events may be added in the calendar throughout the year where coach support will be appreciated.

    • Represent Dirtastic in a professional manner whether you are coaching, racing or just our having fun!

Applications accepted through January 31, 2024

We will have a Coaching team of 8-10 coaches. All applications will be reviewed and applicants will be notified no later than March 1, 2024.
