Onion Lake Campout + Ride
Join Dirtastic for a two day campout and ride at Onion Lake in British Columbia, Canada!
Together we will ride while giving back to the trails and the community with Mélie Murray, Dirtastic Coach and member of the 2024 Canadian ISDE Club Team. Learn what it takes to be a good steward of the land and participate in a raffle to raise money to help reconstruction of Lytton village with a focus on kids.
(It’s FREE but we ask you to please RSVP below so we can communicate all the details before the weekend.)

Friday: Drive in, get camp set, and if you are up for it grab a buddy and get some riding in before our potluck dinner.
Saturday: Start the day out with a crepe breakfast before we hit the trails. We will split into two groups based on skill level and explore the trails in the area.
There will be a lighter ride exploring easier trails around camp to a creekside cabin, then to Murray Peak where we will enjoy very nice views. Murray Peak will be accessible to all riders on a 4x4 road.
The advanced ride will have a route planned that will also go to Murray Peak but through some more exciting, challenging trails.
In the afternoon, everyone will have an opportunity to learn about treading lightly and trail maintenance where you will gain insights on how to keep trails lasting for generations to come.
End the evening around camp, sharing stories, laughs and getting to know other lady rippers deep in the mountains of British Columbia.
Sunday: Start the day out with some excitement by playing on hills climbs everyone can try and cheer for each other.
Following the hill climbs, we will hit the trails again and will determine the loops depending on who is sticking around to ride.
